Prayer 04/05/25

Heavenly Father,

Jesus tells us that it is not what goes into us that defiles us, but rather what comes out. Place in me a pure heart so that my actions reflect your will and goodness. May I be a light, a support and a friend to others, despite what I may or may not think of them. Help me to extend this same kindness to myself, remembering that I, too, am human and need the mercies of Christ. Lord, may your mercies and goodness follow us for all our days, and may we forever dwell in your house! Amen.
